Operations Manager

Our client are a main contractor within the Fit out & Refurbishment sector.  Based in Central London working within a team of 5 Operations Managers and 40 Project & Site Managers.  Reporting into a Board level Director.

They are looking to recruit an Operations Manager who is able to manage their own small business (Cost centre).  Primarily looking after a select number of clients, communicating with these clients / building managers on a regular basis to unearth opportunities to negotiate work.  Project values typically between £500K - £2M in value, managing Project Managers and overseeing 4-5 projects in various stages.

Ideal Key experience required:- Strong client facing skills, non-confrontational approach, able to discuss and take a brief, engage designers, produce costs, present back to client, agree costs and design, obtain Purchase order and deliver the scheme.  Manage the costs, produce a CVR, sign off sub contract payments, and settle a final account.

This role could suit someone who has had experience running their own business, from a Turn Key D & B background or even and M & E subcontractor.

The business is predicting 20% growth year on year.

Remuneration up to £100K Salary + Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus up to 30%
