Our client are a small main contractor who have been trading for 4 years, growing steadily, undertaking Design & Build projects up to £10m in value. The South East-based company is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join the team. A specialist main contractor in new build and refurbishment of commercial and industrial buildings, they carry out projects for clients nationally.
Their current requirement is for a Site Manager, able to manage projects either on the M1/M6 corridor and Home Counties. The successful candidate will be managing industrial / commercial / retail projects, reporting into a Project Manager. The initial project is a £10M D & B fast track project near Luton. Reporting into a Project Manager, working alongside a Project Engineer and an Assistant Manager.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following:
Experience working on steel frame sheds/offices
Experience with groundwork's
A strong work ethic
Must be able to drive
