No1 Fit Out Site Manager
Our client,
a specialist in the Office Fit Out sector have a requirement for a Freelance
No1 Site Manager to run a £500K fit out of a Laboratory in Oxford.
The project
will commence either 15th or 22nd March 2021 and run for
10 weeks. They are looking for a
technically knowledgeable Site Manager who has previous experience running Cat
A / B fit outs and ideally Laboratory / healthcare experience.
Reporting
into a visiting Contracts Manager, responsible for site set up, reading and
interpreting the construction drawings, induction trades, liaising
professionally with the client, involved in client meetings, chaired by
Contracts Manager. Managing safety,
programme and quality. (The Usual)
The
successful candidate MUST be IT literate and possess a 3 day First Aid at Work
certificate as a minimum.
Our client
will look to meet suitable candidates via Microsoft Teams week commencing 1st
March 2021.
