My client who is a large main contractor, in the industrial new build sector, are recruiting a Document Controller on a permanent basis to work in their office near Birmingham Airport,
Main accountabilities:
- Formatting and uploading of documents, including drawings, sample submissions, technical submittals, RFI’s etc.
- Produce reports for monthly Project Progress reporting including summary of instructions issued.
- Key Schedules
- Compiling O&M Manuals
- Taking Minutes
- General Administrative duties
- Populate and maintain Drawing Registers (ideally implemented at Tender stage).
