  • An initial conversation to gauge an understanding of what the candidate is looking for and a brief of the experience and qualifications
  • A face-to-face interview wherever possible OR an in-depth telephone interview
  • Advice from Harvey Jacob on what we believe we can do on the candidates’ behalf.
  • Undertake references on the candidate
  • Advice through the interview and resignation process
  • Upon placement we would keep in touch to ensure that the candidate is happy with their new role
  • Harvey Jacob promotes and encourage an open feedback policy to ensure our standards remain as high as possible
